Key Responsibilities: (Transport Manager)

·       Manage the operations of the courier company

·       Manage and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and delivery schedules

·       Monitor route efficiency and ensure timely deliveries

·       Oversee fleet maintenance and compliance with safety regulations

·       Lead, support, and train transport staff

·       Handle customer service issues related to transport and logistics

·       Monitor KPIs and implement improvements in operational performance

·       Maintaining business records

·       Ensure compliance with transport laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations

Requirements:

·       2 years of proven experience in transport or logistics management, preferably in a courier or delivery service environment

·       Strong organizational and leadership skills

·       Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

·       Knowledge of routing software and GPS tracking systems

·       Understanding of relevant transport regulations and safety standards

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
