Strat NZ is looking for an Associate Producer to join our growing team.
This position has dual bases in Grey Lynn and Glen Innes.
The role is for 40 hour per week, however the timings of these hours will require some flexibility.
The the right candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of production processes, along with 4+ years of production experience in relevant industry roles.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:
· Support the Producer & Exec. Producer NZ in the production and delivery of productions & projects
· Facilitate the end-to-end production process across Best Buys (Catalogue)
· Act as the main Strat NZ Production liaison with TAPS (Therapeutic Advertising Pre-Vetting Service) for scripts, edits and other comms across all productions and projects as required
· Support the pre-production, production and post-production processes for WOACW & HBBB NZ
· Liaise with client and supplier personnel where required to manage production requirements
· Support the Producer & Exec. Producer NZ in all aspects of production, including pre-production, recce, scheduling, permits, travel, accommodation, call sheets, finance and logistics
· Manage relevant budgets & schedules and report all deviations to the Producer & Exec. Prod. NZ
· Source quotes & estimates and negotiate with external suppliers to ensure the best deals
· Facilitate all relevant financial functions including expenses, cost reconciliations, purchase orders, invoice processing, new starter forms & estimates
· Attend shoots, audio records, activations and events as required
· Support with WD/prop sourcing in pre-production and production design on shoots as required
· Support across all office and production admin tasks including studio & production sourcing
