What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of 5–6 staff to smash sales and SplitPay acquisition targets
  • Owning daily operations: rosters, stock, banking, reporting — you run it smooth
  • Managing hiring, coaching, and performance reviews — you build strong teams
  • Creating a fun, high-performance vibe where your crew feels inspired and supported
  • Making sure the store is always looking sharp and your customers leave feeling 🔥
