JOB DESCRIPTION

32- 40 hours weekly
$30- $40 per hour
Responsibilities:
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts by using computer system.
Processing payments.
Keeping track of the business earnings and expenditure.
Producing various financial reports, budgets, spending reports and financial summaries by using accounting tools and from traditional record books to modern software programs that help keep things organized and accurate.
Conducting daily banking activities.
Creating and organizing invoices related to sales, purchases and bank transactions.
Reconciling records such as bank statements.
Ensure the receivables are collected promptly.
Checking financial records to ensure accuracy of all transactions and alerting management about any errors.
Record cash receipts and make bank deposits.
Issue and verify financial statements and if any error rectifies or inform management.
Preparing forms of company’s financial statements and GST Purchase orders as required.
Maintain annual budgets and accounts.
2 Years of experience OR Level 4 OR Higher qualification is preferable
