We have a full-time opportunity for a dynamic STORE MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Dairy/superette operations in Masterton.

You are someone who:

• Has proven relevant atleast 3 years work experience or someone with a level 7 Bachelor Degree.

• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and connects naturally with people.

• Brings strong leadership and team management skills, creating a fun, productive, and united team culture.

• Knows how to inspire, motivate and support your team to reach their full potential.

• Is results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales and business targets.

• Has experience in training and energising staff, especially in customer service and sales techniques.

• Has a solutions-focused mindset, with excellent organisation and a strong work ethic.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings adaptability and enthusiasm to every challenge.
