ORAONE Pharmaceuticals Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Wiri, Auckland. Equipped with advanced machinery and operated by an experienced management team, we specialise in the development, production, and delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Pharmaceutical Products Representative to join our team. This position involves both sales and technical support, including client relationship management, product promotion, and participation in equipment maintenance and on-site installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals and institutional clients in New Zealand and overseas, particularly China

Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and acting on new business opportunities

Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, demonstrate product functionality, and support installation or maintenance activities

Coordinate with internal teams to arrange timely delivery, technical support, and after-sales service

Provide basic on-site support for equipment installation, testing, and structural adjustments when required

Monitor competitor activity and changes in market trends, and report insights to management

Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and credit terms, and finalise contracts and sales orders

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, handle concerns, and maintain long-term cooperation

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and business expenses

Represent the company at trade events, conferences, and client meetings, including international travel
Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Food Safety, or a related discipline

Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, or technical product sales, is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of clients

Technical understanding of machinery or equipment installation is an advantage

Ability to travel regularly within New Zealand and overseas, especially to China

Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are highly desirable

A full New Zealand driver’s licence and valid passport are essential
