Sunrise Distributors is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to excellence in logistics and supply chain management. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of productivity.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met, and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock takes.
  • Enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity.
  • Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
  • Ordering of the stock from the head office on weekly basis.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field or minimum diploma in similar field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
