Role Overview:
The Warehouse Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This position involves managing inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing stock, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and maintain stock records in the warehouse management system.
  • Prepare packing lists, invoices, delivery dockets, and other shipment documentation.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and update stock levels accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal staff.
  • Support the warehouse team with general administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of one year experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory control or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
