Pay Rate: $130K-$145K per annum

Due to our consistent fast expansion, we are now looking for a reliable and hardworking Systems Administrator to join us.
 

About the role:
This is a key role, you will be responsible to install and maintain hardaware and software, douments diagnosis and resolution of faults, manages user passwords, security and inventory documentation, ensurs the efficient performance of servers, printers and personal computers, and attends to other opearational tasks. May also perform tasks such as help desk support and user training.

 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, hardware devices, anti-virus and security tools.

  2. Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain wired and wireless LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  3. Administer user accounts and access controls, including Active Directory, Office 365, and local system permissions.

  4. Plan and execute system upgrades and patch management, ensuring minimal disruption and system compatibility.

  5. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, providing technical support to end users and escalating complex issues when necessary.

  6. Ensure data security, implement backup and recovery solutions, and monitor network performance for vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.

  7. Support and maintain third-party applications, CRM systems, and in-house tools to meet business needs.

  8. Document system configurations, updates, procedures, and support activities for reference and compliance.

  9. Provide training and technical support to staff on IT systems, applications, and best practices.

  10. Assist in IT infrastructure projects, including network expansion, equipment deployment, and remote access setup.

  11. Advise management on network upgrades, system improvements, and emerging technologies.

  12. Other relevant duties as assigned.

 

Skilled and experience required:

  • Proven experience in system or network administration.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fiend.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows servers, Active Directory, and cloud services (e.g. Office 365).

  • Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, Wi-Fi), security protocols, VPNs, and firewalls.

  • Experience with backup/recovery systems and performance monitoring tools.

  • Familiarity with remote support, hardware installation, and diagnostic routines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
