Seeking a Store Manager, full-time, Permanent position.

It is a full-time permanent position,about 30-45 hours per week.

Location: Christchurch, Canterbury.

Salary:$30-$34 per hour.

The role requires to work as per the roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

May require travel to other stores on a request basis to provide managerial support to the business.

  • Deliver and maintain our product and service standards
  • Providing quality customer service.
  • Conduct regular market research and identify product trends.
  • Identify, develop, and launch new products in the branches.
  • Identify product pricing to meet business profitability goals.
  • Making phone calls, sending emails, and messages via online communication platforms to maintain relationships with existing suppliers and customers.
  • Answering all product-related inquiries and gathering customer feedback.
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
  • Training and supervising staff.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.

OR

At least a relevant Diploma or an Equivalent Qualification.

Excellent customer service and people skills.

Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

Able to lift weights if required.
