As a Store Manager, you will be leading customer interactions and ensuring an exceptional retail experience. Your role is crucial in driving sales and maximising profits for the store.

Job Requirements:
- At least 02 years of relevant work experience or at least a level 4 relevant
qualification. - Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week
Key tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Plan and coordinate the overall operations of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store revenue and profitability targets.
- Cash handling and operating the cash register
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved, and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Ensuring that staff conduct themselves according to the company standards and policy
- Always maintaining a clean and hygiene work environment at all times
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
- Implementation of store initiatives.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimize wastage and maintain availability.
- Creating staff rosters and making sure that the store has the required number of staff for smooth and efficient running of the store at all times
- Perform administrative duties as required by the owner
- Manage the store’s product mix, ensuring a variety that aligns with customer demand and maximizes sales opportunities.
- Monitor Opening and closing the store on time as required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the retail environment.
