Job Description: looking for a Foreperson who is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers on a job site.

Can ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to
quality and safety standards.

This job is required to perform:

  • Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Supervise daily operations and activities of site workers.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project
    specifications.
  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Allocate tasks to crew members and ensure proper use of tools and
    equipment.
  • Monitor work progress and provide direction and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other site supervisors.
  • Enforce health and safety standards on site.
  • Maintain records of materials, hours worked, incidents, and progress.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
  • Report project issues or delays to the Site/Project Manager promptly.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the same industry; OR
  • At last Diploma level5 in construction or relevant OR
  • At least bachelor’s degree in any discipline with some relevant experience
    AND
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
