Position Available: Fleet Manager

Location: Auckland
Payrate: $32–$35 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in team supervision or managment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of fleet vehicles for deliveries, collections, or assigned routes.

• Supervise and coordinate vehicle operators, ensuring adherence to schedules and operational standards.

• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and assist with organising routine servicing and inspections.

• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and running costs to support efficiency goals.

• Support driver performance monitoring and assist in route optimisation and on-site task coordination.

• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company safety policies.

• Liaise with transport contractors, field workers, and dispatch teams to ensure fleet support for operational needs.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in logistics, fleet documentation, and equipment utilisation.
