Job Description:

Due to the development needs of the school, we are now recruiting an ICT Support Officer. The ICT Support Officer is primarily tasked with supporting the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and network technologies, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and repair hardware components.

  • Maintain computer systems and their peripheral equipment to ensure proper functionality.

  • Provide support, guidance, and educational assistance for the maintenance and deployment of computer infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 

  • Be familiar with various computer systems and network technologies

  • Be proficient in diagnosing and solving technical problems

  • Have good communication skills and service awareness.

We will provide you with a competitive wage, ranging from 25 - 28 NZD per hour.

Day required and hour per week: 30 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
