Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and reliable  Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support the retail team, and ensure a high standard of customer service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in retail environments, strong leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to store operations. You must have 5 years of relevant work experience or hold a bachelors degree. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and assist with inventory control

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer queries or concerns

• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards are maintained

• Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance feedback

• Open and close the store as required, following security and cash handling procedures

• Promote a safe and positive work environment in line with company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow effectively

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
