We seek a Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that amplify our brand and accelerate growth. This role demands a visionary professional adept at translating agricultural innovation into compelling market presence.

Key Responsibilities:  

Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.

Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities in agriculture sectors.

Advise stakeholders on marketing strategies for diverse product lines.

Coordinate advertising activities, including media buying, content creation, and vendor management.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) and optimize ROI.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Manage budgets and prepare reports for senior management.

Collaborate with sales, production, and compliance teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:  

Minimum 3+ years proven experience in marketing roles with demonstrable success in planning and managing multi-channel campaigns, conducting market analysis and consumer research, and executing digital marketing.

Qualification is not a must but is an advantage if relevant to marketing, business, or related field.

Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.  

Exceptional communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.  

Quick learner with a passion for self-improvement in this AI-driven era.  

 Work Hours & Remuneration:  

Guaranteed 30 hours/week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours.  

Competitive hourly rate. Overtime paid at the same rate.
