Frondent Construction Ltd is looking for 3 full-time (at least 30 hours guaranteed to maximum 60 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Saturday with a rotating roster) competent Carpenter to grow with our team.

The duties include:

 

·      Review drawings and specifications to determine required materials, dimensions, and installation methods.

·      Order and select timber and building materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.

·      Prepare layouts, cut materials to size, and assemble components using nails, screws, and adhesives.

·      Construct and install framework, roof structures, sub-flooring, and floorboards, ensuring structural accuracy.

·      Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior cladding, and door and window frames.

·      Assemble and fit pre-cut wood to form structures and fittings for installation.

·      Cut and shape wood joints for strong and secure connections.

·      Repair and modify existing fixtures and fittings.

·      Adhere to health and safety standard

·      Other reasonable tasks required by management

 

Requirement of the position include

·       Having at least two-year work experience in construction work

·       Have good communication and coordination skills

·       Having an attention to details

·       Be able to work independently

·       Have own transport
