We are looking for experienced leading hands specialised in formwork and carpentry to join our team in Wellington.

This is a full-time permanent role.

The guaranteed work hours per week will be 40 hours.

You will be working as part of our team completing civil ground engineering projects, assisting supervisor and/or foreman.

Your accountability includes but is not limited to:

  • Study building plans and specifications
  • Select building materials and determine size and shape required for the installation procedures
  • Construct timber framework, framings, foundations and other temporary structures
  • Operating various tools to shape and fit parts to form structures and fittings on site.

The suitable candidates needs to demonstrate:

  • At least 3-year experience in the construction sector.
  • Team player and able to work unsupervised as well.
  • Good record keeping
  • Drug free
  • New Zealand citizen/residents, or a valid work visa.
