Minimum 2 years of recent, proven experience in a testing facility, hazardous goods environment, or comparable industrial setting

Full New Zealand driver’s licence (manual preferred) and willingness to drive for work purposes

Must pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening

Must provide a Ministry of Justice criminal background report

Physically fit capable of repetitive heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and handling large cylinders and gear

Willing to work outdoors in cold, wet, and windy conditions, including extended hours if required

Must be able to clean washrooms and perform deep cleaning tasks without hesitation

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal safety protocols

Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and personal responsibility

Fluent in English (verbal and written) to read safety instructions and communicate clearly

Forklift licence or Dangerous Goods endorsement is an advantage
Working Environment & Conditions:

Industrial environment with high safety expectations

Exposure to LPG, gas cylinders, testing pressure, and confined spaces

Outdoor work required year-round, including during adverse weather

PPE and safety training provided

Shift-based or rostered work may apply depending on business needs
- Willing to do split shift and able to work on the weekend and public holidays
Hours & Pay:

Minimum Hours: 30 per week

Pay Rate: $23.75 per hour

Willing to take additional hours as and when required based on operational demand
Note: This is a hands-on, physically intense, and safety-critical role. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
