Luxury Nails Spa & Beauty Spa, a trusted name with over 10 years of experience in the nails and beauty industry, is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapists to join our friendly and professional team.

Located in the heart of New Brighton, Christchurch, we take pride in providing high-quality, affordable, and personalised beauty services. Our range of treatments includes manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, eyelash extensions, and head spa facial treatments.

What we offer:

Full-time permanent roles - 30 minimum guaranteed work hour per week  

The rate of pay or salary: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr before tax depending on depending on backgrounds and experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing/threading, eyelash extensions, and other spa services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalised beauty advice
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in treatment areas
  • Promote and recommend services and products tailored to client needs
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and treatment techniques
  • Assist with reception duties and appointment scheduling when required

 

The Qualification and Experience Requirements:

A relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy ( Level 4 or higher)

OR

A minimum of two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a beauty salon or spa environment

Addtional requiremens:

  • Skilled in eyelash extensions, facials, spa treatments, and basic nail care
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends or late hours when needed
