Key Responsibilities

 

l  Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented using both manual and accounting software systems.

l  Balance and reconcile all stores’ accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

l  Monitor cash flow, lines of credit, and financial transactions.

l  Reconcile accounts against monthly bank statements, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.

l  Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner.

l  Verify recorded transactions and promptly report any irregularities or abnormal activities to management.

l  Assist in the preparation and production of financial statements, budgeting, and expenditure reports using ledgers and financial software.

l  Support compliance efforts by preparing financial reports if required.

 

Key Requirements:

l  Must have at least a bachelor degree in relevant accounting or finance discipline areas.
