Vish Beauty Bar in Dunedin is looking for 2 full time & permanent beauticians to join our team. Our store is offering professional beauty services such as face and body treatment services.

As a beautician you will work unsupervised, and your specific tasks and duties include:

  • Understand and discuss the unique needs and preferences of clients to provide personalised beauty solutions.
  • Various hair removal methods, including threading, waxing, bleaching and tinting.
  • Applying both general cosmetic and corrective makeup to enhance clients natural beauty.
  • Receive bookings, arrange appointments, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Upsell cosmetic products that we offer to our clients.
  • Restocking and cleaning your area of work.

 

About You

  • Be reliable, friendly and have a professional manner.
  • Team player and well presented with good ethics.
  • The person who have worked in this industry and at least have 6 months practical experience of threading & waxing will be preferred as this are two core services of our business.
  • Must be flexible to work long shifts and be available on weekends, on-call if needed and some public holidays as per the mall timing.

 

Our store is located in the mall so its opens between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm all seven days. The payrate for this role is between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience. A minimum of 30 hours of work per week will be provided.
