Position Summary: As a Convenience Store Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store or warehouse is fully stocked and organized during overnight hours. You will be responsible for restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure products are accurately placed and ready for customers during the day.
Key Responsibilities:

Restock shelves, racks, and displays with products according to planograms or guidelines.

Ensure all inventory is accurately labelled, organized, and placed in the correct location.

Check stock levels and communicate shortages to management for timely replenishment.

Ensure products are rotated to maintain freshness and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the storage area and aisles.

Assist with inventory counts and ensure accuracy in product placement.

Handle stock with care to minimize damages and product loss.

Operate equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and in accordance with company policies.

Report any damaged or faulty equipment to management.

Assist in other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store/warehouse operations.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous customer experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg or as per company guidelines).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Class 1 Driver License(Must be able to reliably drive to work-Limited public transport access)

Must pass a pre-employment drug test & MOJ background check required
