Position Summary: As a Convenience Store Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store or warehouse is fully stocked and organized during overnight hours. You will be responsible for restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic to ensure products are accurately placed and ready for customers during the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock shelves, racks, and displays with products according to planograms or guidelines.

  • Ensure all inventory is accurately labelled, organized, and placed in the correct location.

  • Check stock levels and communicate shortages to management for timely replenishment.

  • Ensure products are rotated to maintain freshness and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the storage area and aisles.

  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure accuracy in product placement.

  • Handle stock with care to minimize damages and product loss.

  • Operate equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and in accordance with company policies.

  • Report any damaged or faulty equipment to management.

  • Assist in other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store/warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • Previous customer experience in a similar role is an advantage.

  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg or as per company guidelines).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Strong work ethic and punctuality.

  • Class 1 Driver License(Must be able to reliably drive to work-Limited public transport access)

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test & MOJ background check required
