We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Carpenter to join our team and contribute to construction projects. The successful candidate will have a passion for their craft, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team-based environment. As a Carpenter with Razor Construction you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of construction projects throughout the Auckland region. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation, finishing and repairs.
  • Read construction plans.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Any other construction based labouring tasks could be required during quieter periods of
    work.
  • Willingness to travel to different job sites throughout Auckland. 

Experience

  • 2 year proven experience as a residential Carpenter desirable
  • Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full drivers license
