Store Supervisor – Godco Vacuum Limited (Dunedin)

Permanent | Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week) | $26–$28/hour (depending on experience)

Godco Vacuum Limited, a reputable supplier of premium vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our Auckland retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality customer service
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints about goods and services
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensruing safety and security procedures
• Keeping track of inventory and goods

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail or Store Manager, preferably in a similar industry

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of inventory control and point-of-sale systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in service/retail industry or in a similar role or

• A relevant level 4 qualification or higher.
