We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential design and project delivery, who can lead projects from estimation through to completion with precision and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for jobs
  • Manage projects from initiation through to final delivery
  • Complete design work and drafting as required
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks, including verifying associated calculation reports
  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, contractors, and customers
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to specification
  • Maintain strong and effective communication with clients throughout each project

 

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A trade-qualified and experienced civil/structural Engineer
  • A qualification in Project Management
  • Proven experience in residential design project management
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new design software and applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to offer sound, practical advice
  • Strong time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We will offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
