Lawn Rulers Limited is seeking motivated Landscape Gardeners to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, delivering high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.

  • Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.

  • Install and maintain irrigation systems, pathways, and garden structures.

  • Perform soil preparation, mulching, fertilizing, and pest control as required.

  • Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and equipment safely.

  • Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert advice.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Monitor and report on garden health, growth, and maintenance needs.

  • Assist with seasonal planting, garden renovations, and other special projects.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Level 4 or higher qualification or a Bachelors degree in any discipline, or relevant experience in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Garden Maintenance.

  • Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticultural services would be an advantage. 

  • Knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibile to work early mornings and weekend
