Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Body Corporate Manager for an exciting permanent position located in the Wellington CBD.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working in a fast-paced friendly environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the company’s overall manager of a defined portfolio of bodies corporate
- Building strong and effective relationships with body corporate chairpersons and committee members.
- Representing the company at body corporate meetings
- Attending Unit Title meetings, providing body corporate advice to stakeholders and taking minutes
- Providing clear and accurate advice to body corporate Chairs and Committees on the Unit Titles Act 2010 and 2011
What will you bring:
- A minimum of five years property management experience (required)
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualification (preferred)
- Experience in a committee or board environment, including minute-taking and
- preparation
- Report presentation skills and a general understanding of sets of accounts and budgeting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong understanding of the Unit Titles Act
- At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong relationship building skills
This is an onsite position. There is no on call in this role. Flexibility to attend after-hours meetings is essential.
