We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Salon Assistant to join our vibrant team in Thames . If you have a passion for hair & beauty, enjoy working with people, and want to learn and grow in the industry, we’d love to hear from you!

📍 Location: Thames (Waikato)
🕒 Hours:  full-time (32-36hours per week)

working Days - Tuesday to saturday

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients with a smile

  • Assisting stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and other prep work

  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the salon

  • Helping with reception, bookings, and product sales

  • Supporting the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

  • Good communication and people skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous salon experience is a bonus, but not essential – training provided

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Must be able to provide a current police clearance
