We are seeking for multi-skilled team member for the combined
role of Shower Installer / Glazier, Warehouse Operator, and Bathroom Renovation
Support.

This role involves the installation of bathroomware products such as frameless and
acrylic showers, flat-pack vanities, mirrors, and fittings, as well as assisting in light home
renovation work—including demolition, gib board installation, and basic plastering.

Hamilton-based, with work across residential and commercial sites in the Waikato

  • 3 + years relevant work experience or Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.

  • Applicants must be physically fit and willing to learn.
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment drug test and have no criminal record.
  • Competency with hand and power tools
  • Confidence with renovation work: demo, gib fixing, and light plastering.
  • Must have a driver licence

Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Bathroomware Installation
● Install frameless and acrylic shower units with precision and care.
● Professionally apply silicone and allow for correct curing times.
● Assemble and install flat-pack vanities and related cabinetry.
● Mount mirrors, heated towel rails, fittings, and accessories to high standards.
● Follow builder’s plans and communicate changes with site/project managers.

2. Home Renovation & Demo Work
● Assist with bathroom demolitions and product removal.
● Reinstall gib board and complete basic plastering and prep for new installs.
● Support general renovation tasks as part of the project team.

3. Glazing & Glass Handling
● Take site measurements for custom glass.
● Collect and deliver glass panels to site or warehouse.
● Install aluminium channels and fit glass (once adhesives have cured).
● Install glass balustrades or partitions in line with safety standards.

4. Warehouse & Inventory Operations
● Maintain a clean, organised warehouse space.
● Check and log all stock movements in Cin7 or similar inventory software.
● Participate in regular stocktakes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
● Manage incoming deliveries and outgoing orders with accuracy.

5. Deliveries & Site Logistics
● Prepare packing slips and load delivery vehicles with care.
● Deliver products on time and ensure everything is signed for on arrival.
● Confirm all items are accounted for and no stock is left behind.

6. Customer Service & Site Conduct
● Maintain professional presentation on-site and in homes.
● Communicate respectfully with clients, builders, and contractors.
● Problem-solve on-site where possible and escalate issues appropriately.

7. Health & Safety
● Follow site-specific and company H&S procedures.
● Use PPE and tools safely and responsibly.
● Ensure all installations are secure, compliant, and safe for use.
