With the requirements below:

  • Customer Interaction:
    Greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu. 
     
Order Management:
Accurately taking orders, communicating them to the kitchen, and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks. 
 
Food and Beverage Service:
Serving food and drinks to tables, checking on guests during their meals, and ensuring satisfaction. 
 
Table Maintenance:
Setting tables, clearing plates and glasses, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. 
 
Payment Processing:
Presenting bills, processing payments, and handling cash transactions. 
 
Upselling:
Suggesting additional items like appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase sales. 
 
Problem Solving:
Addressing customer complaints or concerns and finding solutions to ensure a positive experience. 
 
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other staff members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service. 
 
Food Safety:
Following health and safety regulations regarding food handling and hygiene.
