Fencing Worker

We are currently seeking reliable and full-time Fencing Workers to join our team. Starting pay offered from $30-$35 hourly will be fixed according to the skills and experience for 30-50 hours a week. However, this will be reviewed periodically. Any overtime will be paid as per above
payrate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of related tasks, including:

• Lay out fence lines, mark post positions, and prepare sites.
• Dig holes, position and secure fence posts with concrete, stone fill, or soil.
• Assemble frames, construct fences using timber, fibre-cement, metal, or wire, and attach gates.
• Stretch and secure fencing materials between posts.
• Repair, replace, or remove existing fences as required.
• Assist with other landscape construction tasks as required, including site preparation, concreting, or minor tiling/stonework.
• Operate hand and power tools safely, maintaining a clean and hazard-free site.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Two years’ experience in construction, labouring, or practical fitting/assembly work.
• Proven ability in measuring, drilling, fixing, and assembling materials.
• Must be available to work early mornings and weekends (based on work arrangement).
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Pre-employed drug test and police check is required.
