We are seeking an experienced, hard working Hammerhand for a fulltime ongoing role in Timaru.

This position is an indoor factory based position assembling pre-nail frames and trusses to go out to the building industry.

The hours for this role are:Monday to Friday40 hours per week

What you will be doing:

  • Assembling frames and trusses
  • Handling and moving materials as required
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area


What we need from you:

  • A good work ethic
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Physically fit - capable of lifting and moving materials
  • Previous experience either as a hammerhand or working in frame and truss role
  • Reliability
  • Must hold at a minimum restricted licence, and own transport
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug Screening test
  • Clean MOJ
