We are offering you

  • Competitive hourly rate of $28–$35, depending on skills and experience
  • Full-time position with guaranteed 40–48 hours per week

Main duties of the Welder

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine welding requirements
  • Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, ARC) to join, fabricate, and repair steel and metal structures
  • Inspect materials, structures, and welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Align and clamp workpieces together prior to welding
  • Perform grinding, cutting, or finishing tasks to complete welded components
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Work closely with supervisors and other trades to deliver projects on time and to specification

Requirements for the Welder

  • Minimum 2 years of welding experience in construction or metal fabrication
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings accurately
  • Good understanding of safety practices and compliance with workplace regulations
  • Physically fit to handle heavy tools and materials
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork spirit
