We are used cardealership in Auckland. We are looking a dedicated team member with proven experience in Car deatailing with good attentions to detail and love his job, who can work 5 days a week specially in weekends. who got clean driving records with Full Newzealand driver licence. 

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Cleaning

Wash and clean the outside of vehicles, making sure to include the wheels, tires, and underbody

Apply wax and polish to maintain the shine and protect the paint

Interior Cleaning

Vacuum seats, carpets, and mats thoroughly

Clean windows, dashboards, door panels, and other interior surfaces

Use fabric cleaners or shampoo where needed to remove stains and refresh upholstery

Detailing

Use specific products to enhance and protect both interior and exterior surfaces

Focus on the finer details that make a vehicle look its best

Minor Cosmetic Work

Take care of small imperfections like surface scratches or light scuffs

Help improve the overall appearance of the vehicle before sale or handover

Vehicle Preparation

Make sure vehicles are fully cleaned and presentable for customer pick-up, showroom display, or delivery

Do final checks to ensure everything meets company standards

Customer Interaction

Speak with customers in a friendly and professional way

Handle any questions or complaints calmly and efficiently

Vehicle Movement

Occasionally drive or move cars between locations for cleaning, servicing, or customer delivery

Skills and Experience

Good with Tools & Products: Comfortable using vacuums, pressure washers, steam cleaners, polishers, and cleaning products

Vehicle Care Knowledge: Understand different types of materials (leather, vinyl, plastic, etc.) and how to treat them properly

Strong Attention to Detail: Take pride in doing the job right and spotting things others might miss

Good Time Management: Able to work under pressure and stick to deadlines, especially on busy days

Physically Capable: The job often involves standing, bending, and working in hot or cold weather

Driver’s License: Full license preferred or required for moving vehicles with clean driving record

People Skills: Able to communicate clearly with customers and work well as part of a team

Previous experience in car detailing or vehicle grooming preferred

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
