• At least three years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work in the weekends and late evenings.
    • Repair damaged vehicles using workshop equipment and panelbeating tools
    • Remove and repair any panels and parts that are damaged
    • Apply filler to damaged panels or parts, grind and sand to prepare surfaces for paint
    • Remove any interior material of the vehicle and work on the repair job
    • Use the hammer or other tools to remove dents when needed
    • Recommend and replace new or second-hand parts to customers if existing part is too damaged to repair
    • Be able to neatly fit repaired parts and refit the accessories in the vehicle
    • Use welding equipment to cut and join
    • Straighten damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment in the workshop
    • Work efficiently and promptly
    • Practice good communication with staff, management and customers
