Evergreen Herbs Marketing Limited is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support the growth of our brand through effective marketing strategies, campaign management, and content creation. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our herbal products, engaging with target audiences, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising plans aligned with company goals and target customers.
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to improve brand visibility and market share.
  • Develop targeted strategies to grow the brand presence in East Asian and Australasian markets.

 

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing outcomes.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

3. Content Creation and Branding

  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, the company website, email newsletters, and blogs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Work closely with management team to produce high-quality marketing assets.

4. General and Flexible Duties

  • Support the Director in additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
  • Be prepared to adapt to a dynamic work environment and undertake varied tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights or suggestions for improving marketing effectiveness.

Key Skills & Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

·       Demonstrated experience in marketing, ideally within the natural health or FMCG industry.

·       Proficient in digital marketing platforms, campaign management, and analytics tools.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
