AB Bikes is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute full time Marketing Coordinator to lead strategic initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across its diverse product range. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, creative, and communication skills to shape and execute marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities across digital and physical channels.

2.      Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning, using insights to inform product development and promotional strategies.

3.      Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling content, advertising materials, and digital assets aligned with brand identity.

4.      Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and website content to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic.

5.      Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI (Return on Investment) and conversion rates.

6.      Advise on product mix, pricing strategies, bundling options, and promotional offers to optimize sales and inventory turnover.

7.      Coordinate with operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

8.      Oversee the selection and management of distribution channels, including online marketplaces, retail partnerships, and direct-to-consumer platforms.

9.      Prepare marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management review.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, or Marketing, or Business Communications, or a related field.
  • Or minimum 5 years’ experience in a related role, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods without a tertiary qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
