We provide excellent customer service to our clients and want a proactive manager to join our team. Job duties include

  • Coordinate and manage daily operations of cleaning services.
  • Maintain regular communications with clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure services meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor use of equipment, materials, and supplies; ensure availability and proper usage.
  • Prepare reports, maintain service documentation, and support budget control.

We are looking for someone with a management qualification (Diploma or higher) or at least three years of relevant expereince. 

We will offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
