Rombus Industries is expanding in Perth, WA, and we need an Operations Coordinator who’s as comfortable in front of a screen as they are behind the wheel of a forklift. You’ll process invoices, manage suppliers, coordinate freight — and then head out to load containers or package orders. If you enjoy variety and can handle physical work, keep reading

About the Role
  • 60% Office & Administration:
    • Process leads, quotes, and invoices using Xero & spreadsheets.
    • Order raw materials and manage supplier relationships (local & international).
    • Handle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and project cost tracking.
  • 25% Hands-On Operations:
    • Non-negotiable: Load/unload containers (6+ hours of physical work).
    • Operate forklift, package orders, manage warehouse & yard.
    • Perform quality control on stock and deliveries.
  • 15% Customer Service & Logistics:
    • Arrange freight between depots and for customer deliveries.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
    • Liaise with depots and manufacturing partners for smooth dispatch.
What You’ll Bring
  • Comfortable with regular heavy physical work (container unloading, forklift ops).
  • Confident with Xero, Excel, and admin systems.
  • Strong communicator with suppliers, customers, and team members.
  • Practical, organised, and quick to learn new systems.
  • Valid driver’s licence (occasional site travel).
Bonus Skills (can be trained on the job):
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to get one).
  • Xero/accounts payable experience.
  • Logistics or warehouse background.
