We are Auckland based accounting firm and require an accountant to join us.

Our standard working hours is 40 hours per week, you are required to work at least 30 hours per week, and should have minimum 2-year relevant work experience, or hold recognized NZQF qualification

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Minimum $33.6 to maximum of $53.6 depending
on your skill and/or relevant work experience

Your main task include, but not limited to:

·        preparing financial statements and maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation as well as compliance with statutory requirements

·         liaising with Inland Revenue (IRD) regarding client queries, audits, or disputes, and applying for tax rulings, or voluntary disclosures where required

·         reviewing and preparing tax reconciliations and adjustments

·         providing financial and taxation advice on tax-efficient business structures, plans and operations

·         Preparing GST, PAYE, income and other tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders

·         producing cash flow statement, business forecast and financial risk analysis for financial institutions and brokers to be in line with clients’ requirements

·         introducing and maintaining accounting systems, and advising on the selection and application of computer-based accounting systems

·         providing assistance in formulating budgetary and accounting policies
