About the Role:

This role joins our Digital Innovation team, who develop and deliver valuable products using a modern agile and customer-centric approaches.

The Senior Developer plays a key role in the Digital Innovation team to build compelling and performant Digital Products quickly, efficiently and aligned with wider company strategy. The Digital Innovation team subscribes to Agile and Customer-Centric ways of working and deliver high quality software solutions in an iterative manner.

Key Responsibilities include:

·       Technical Delivery: Translate opportunities into working solutions and prototypes

·       Solutions Architecture: Design and maintain robust solutions architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.

·       Development Project Management: Coordinate across the product team, ensure sprints stay on track, and that project deadlines and quality standards are met.

·       Incident Response: Work with the product team to ensure that any critical software issues are resolved swiftly, minimising impact on end users.

·       Testing: Work with the product team and our Quality Engineering Practice to ensure delivered solutions are high quality.

·       Mentorship: Share your expertise to build others into technically capable software developers.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 annually.

The minimum work hours for this role are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Ōu Pūkenga | About You:

You are an experienced senior full-stack developer and have a strong desire to deliver customer value quickly. You are excited about using low-code solutions, such as OutSystems and Adobe Experience Cloud, to achieve this. You can dive into complex technical challenges across our back end and integrations layers, and work through challenging problems to create practical and scalable solutions.

Additionally, you’ll have:

5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in full-stack or lead roles, or a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·       Proven ability of managing projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and execution.

·       Experience developing with low-code toolsets like Microsoft PowerApps

·       Highly experienced in developing with Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft .NET is preferred

·       Expert knowledge of REST APIs, C# and VB.NET, JSON, and React would be beneficial
