We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Baker.

As part of our bakery team, your responsibilities will include:

·         Accurately preparing, measuring, and mixing ingredients for French breads and patisserie items, following specific recipes and standards of excellence.

·         Creating, baking, and cooking patisserie and bakery items both manually and with the help of bakery machinery.

·         Demonstrating passion and proficiency in French breads and patisserie, ensuring creativity and technical expertise in every bake.

·         Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

·         Working well in a team setting, but also capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure when required.

·         Being an autonomous and fast worker, handling busy periods with ease and delivering consistent results.

·         Ensuring every product is of exceptional quality with an eye for taste and food presentation.

·         Standing for extended periods of time.
Able to work night shifts between 7pm and 3am.

C.A.P.* or equivalent qualification in French Baking required

5+ years’ work experience, specialising in French Baking

*Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle / Certificate of Professional Aptitude in French Baking

 

40-48 hours per week, 5-6 days per week (Monday – Saturday inclusive)
