Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to deliver solutions.
Support system implementation, testing, and training.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in business, management or relevant areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Familiarity with project management and software development lifecycle methodologies.
