Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Concept and Design Development

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements, objectives, and
    project scope.
  • Develop architectural concepts and design proposals that integrate functional,
    structural, and aesthetic considerations.

2. Project Documentation

  • Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to support
    project delivery.
  • Produce design documentation packages including tender, construction, and “as-
    built” drawings.

3. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure
    technical compliance and design integrity.
  • Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

4. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Control

  • Interpret building codes, regulations, and technical standards.
  • Ensure all designs and construction processes adhere to safety, legal, and
    environmental requirements.

5. Site Supervision and Technical Support

  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

6. Visualization and Technical Tools

  • Produce models, 3D renderings, and BIM documentation to support design
    communication.
  • Maintain proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other architectural software.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, with professional registration/licensing
    preferred.
  • Strong design portfolio and ability to lead concept development.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural design software.
  • Good understanding of construction methods, building codes, and compliance
    standards.
  • Strong design portfolio with experience in both concept and technical design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
