Job Title: Personal Assistant

Key tasks and responsibilities:

·         Facilitating communication between the manager and internal staff, suppliers, external parties, and clients

·         Engaging with staff on operational matters of the organisation

·         Managing and organizing the manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events

·         Handling correspondence on behalf of the manager, including mails, emails, letters, and phone calls

·         Maintaining records, files and documents—both physical and digital—in an organized manner

·         Conducting research and providing information upon request

·         Preparing reports, notes, memos, invoices, and other documents

·         Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

·         Collating briefing packs, background materials, and other information required for meetings

·         Attend meetings, taking minutes during meetings and following up on action points

·         Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation

·         Prioritizing the manager’s commitments, finding solutions to meet urgent requirements

·         Maintaining the manager’s privacy and confidentiality at all times

·         Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff

·         Handling any other tasks or duties as required by the manager

 

 

Pay rate: Minimum $26.00/ hour   Maximum $30.00/ hour

 

Guaranteed hours of work per week:  Minimum 30 hours,   permanent full-time

 

Requirements for the job:

·         You should have at least 2 year of relevant work experience in the supermarket retail industry

·         Understanding and knowledge of supermarket operation

·         Time management and organisational skills

·         Problem-solving and customer service skills

·         Full time availability

·         Able to work on Monday – Sunday,  roster in 7 days

·         No criminal record

·         Candidates need to be NZ citizens/residents
