The Candidate
Key capabilities and requirements include:
- 8+ years experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Relevant on-site practical experience in pricing commercial projects is desirable
- Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office, estimating software, specifically CostX or similar
- Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience in managing customer relationships including developing and maintaining
- Experience in subcontractor bills and negotiations would be advantageous.
