About the Role
- Provide 24/7 residential plumbing maintenance services across Brisbane.
- Diagnose and repair hot water systems, leaks, reruns, gas, drain clearing, and small projects.
- Attend properties, assess issues, quote on jobs, and upsell additional services where needed.
- Deliver high-standard workmanship with excellent customer service every time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced plumber with strong residential maintenance background.
- QBCC Licensed Plumber & Drainer (NZ tradies welcome — we’ll support QLD licence transfer).
- Ideally gas licence (or willing to upskill).
- Professional presentation, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Confident communicator — able to explain issues and quote clearly.
- Computer literate and organised on the job.
- Current driver’s licence.
