We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dance Teacher/Coach to inspire and support our members in developing their dance skills, confidence, and overall fitness.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $28 – $38 per hour (depending on experience)
 Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 30 hours/Maximum 40 hours per week
 Work Schedule: Within 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday +Sunday

What You’ll Do

· Deliver engaging group dance classes and one-on-one sessions

· Motivate and guide students of all ages and ability levels

· Ensure safe, effective, and enjoyable teaching practices

 

 

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience

· Strong communication and motivational skills

· Passion for dance, teaching, and helping others succeed

 

 

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver programs of study in both dance theory and practice for individuals and groups

· Prepare and present instructional material on dance theory

· Teach dance techniques and choreography, selecting appropriate music for recitals or performances

· Assign exercises tailored to students’ training needs and abilities

· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, advice, and encouragement

· Review and update curricula, course content, teaching resources, and instructional methods

· Prepare students for examinations, performances, and assessments
