Key Responsibilities: (Transport Manager)
Manage the operations of the courier company
 Manage and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and delivery schedules
 Monitor route efficiency and ensure timely deliveries
 Oversee fleet maintenance and compliance with safety regulations
 Lead, support, and train transport staff
 Handle customer service issues related to transport and logistics
 Monitor KPIs and implement improvements in operational performance
 Maintaining business records
 Ensure compliance with transport laws, company policies, and health and safety
regulations

Requirements:
 2 years of proven experience in transport or logistics management, preferably in a
courier or delivery service environment
 Strong organizational and leadership skills
 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 Knowledge of routing software and GPS tracking systems
 Understanding of relevant transport regulations and safety standards
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
